This Sunday we continue our series, Waiting Tables with Pt. 2 – The Elevation Of Service, we will look at the story of Stephen in Acts 6 and discover that his first recorded ministry assignment wasn’t preaching, leading, or standing on a platform — it was waiting tables.

This message challenges the way we often define significance and reminds us that in the Kingdom of God, there is no insignificant service. Jesus redefines greatness through serving, and Stephen shows us what it looks like to be full of the Spirit, willing to notice overlooked people, and available to use whatever God has placed in our hands for the good of someone else.

Serving doesn’t elevate us into greater visibility — it elevates us into the kind of greatness Jesus recognizes.
