Beginnings Pt 4 - From Beginning To Building

As we close out the Beginnings series, From Beginnings to Building calls Tables Church into more than a moment with God—it calls us into becoming a people on mission. From Nehemiah’s rallying cry, “Let us rise up and build,” we’re reminded that God gives vision, but He builds through a spiritual family, not spectators—everyone carries a brick. Ephesians 4 shows us the goal isn’t hype or bigger crowds, but maturity: equipped saints, steady disciples, and a church growing up into Christ as every part does its work. And Jesus’ Great Commission reminds us that disciple-making is a sent lifestyle, where every kitchen table, coffee table, and breakroom table becomes a sending base. We end with a simple Rule of Life for 2026—Practice (Word + prayer), People (community + accountability), and Purpose (serve + share Jesus)—and a communion commissioning that invites us to open our hands and say yes to what Jesus is building in us and through us.
