What do we do when information is not enough?

In The Holy Spirit Part 16: Word of Wisdom and Word of Knowledge, we explore how the Holy Spirit gives His people insight for real moments. A word of knowledge reveals what we could not otherwise know, while a word of wisdom helps us understand how to respond faithfully.

Through the coming famine in Acts 11 and Paul’s experience in the storm in Acts 27, we see that Spirit-given insight was never meant to create spectacle or make someone appear more spiritual. What God revealed became generosity, courage, preparation, and practical care.

We will also talk honestly about how these gifts should be practiced—with humility, tested in community, submitted to Scripture, and carried in love.

The goal is not simply to know something supernatural. The goal is to love and serve people faithfully with whatever the Spirit gives.
