This Sunday, we continue our The Holy Spirit series with Pt. 17, Gifts of Healing: Compassion in Power, as we explore what Scripture teaches about healing, faith, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit. From 1 Corinthians 12, James 5, and Acts 3, we see that healing is not about hype, spiritual celebrity, or trying to force an outcome. It is about the compassion of Jesus, the nearness of the Kingdom, and a church willing to pray boldly while trusting God with the results.

We’ll talk about how to pray with faith without shaming people when healing doesn’t come, how to make healing ministry safe and honest, and why our ultimate hope is bigger than healing itself. Healing is a glimpse of the Kingdom. Resurrection is the promise.
